Grey Hair Management
Based in Cheltenham but operates across the UK. GHM helps senior professionals find employment through coaching, mentoring and personal-touch networking. If they are having difficulty articulating their value and currency to a prospective employer or having little success in getting interviews, or just not winning the job, it may not just be a ‘50+' issue. The question is whether they have all the tools necessary to get a job in the 2010 marketplace, where the type of CV they may have written 15 years ago may go straight into the rejects pile. The "experienced" executive needs the tools to get out and promote themselves and which GHM provide with a mixture of very practical help but also without apology a dose of tough love.
